In 1993, International Developer Company was founded as personal establishment specializing in decoration, and based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In 1995, IDC was converted to a company due to its plan of expansion in operations to be a constructing company.
Today, IDC has over 24 years of experience in dealing with governmental, commercial, and residential sectors.
Architecture & Development House
In 2011, IDC started a new architectural firm known as Architecture and Development House (ADH) to work in the design field and to support the contracting company.
